To get you on the pitch, we collect your Account Details (name, phone, email, and password). We also track your Match Activity, such as which of our fixed locations you play at, your attendance, and payment references.

2. HOW WE USE DATA

We use your data to organize matches, manage your spots at our fixed venues, and process payments. It allows us to communicate confirmations, team updates, or game cancellations. We also analyze attendance to improve match availability, detect fraud, and ensure everyone follows our Terms of Use.

3. LEGAL BASES & SHARING

We process data to fulfill our contract with you (organizing your match) and for our legitimate interest in platform security. We do not sell your data. We only share necessary info with our court administrators at the fixed locations to verify your arrival, or with payment and hosting providers under strict confidentiality.

4. RETENTION & SECURITY

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. We use encryption and access controls to protect it. However, as no system is 100% secure, we urge you to use strong passwords and keep your account safe.

5. YOUR CHOICES & RIGHTS

You can access, update, or delete your personal data via your profile or by contacting us. You can also manage notification and location permissions through your device settings at any time.

6. CHILDREN & UPDATES

Our services are for those aged 16 and over. We will promptly delete any data from minors provided without consent. We may update this policy as we add more locations or features, and will notify you of significant changes.
